All deposits to your wasap88 Account must be made from a payment method that you own and are authorised to use. wasap88 accepts the following payment methods for Malaysian players: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. This list is subject to change without notice.
All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate applied by wasap88's payment processors, and any associated conversion costs are borne by the Member.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed within the Platform's banking section. wasap88 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any funds received from a source that cannot be verified as belonging to the Account holder will be returned and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of wasap88.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wasap88 shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.
wasap88's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Member in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
wasap88 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wasap88 reserves the right to suspend, withdraw, or modify the Platform at any time without notice.
wasap88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
